Sales Coordinator - Ashby-de-la-Zouch
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join one of our prestigious clients in the Ashby-de-la-Zouch area.
This is a temporary full-time, office-based position, this may turn in to a permanent role for the right candidate.
Please only apply if you can work the hours listed below and from the office as this position does not offer any hybrid working.
Pay & Hours of work:
- Monday - Friday 08:45am – 5.30pm
- Saturday - 09:00am – 12:30pm (this would be one in three)
- £13.00 per hour
Duties will include:
- Handling enquiries coming from prospective buyers and/or clients
- Booking in appointments through our bespoke system
- CRM work to develop a first-class contacts database
- Liaising with our CAST team to ensure smooth coordination of tasks
- Liaising with buying agents and other professionals via phone and email
The successful candidate will have:
- First-class work prioritisation
- Previous administration/receptionist experience
- Good organisational skills
- Good attention to detail
- Good IT skills
- Excellent people and communication skills
- The ability to work effectively within a team and independently
