Salary: £25,000 - £26,000
Our client, a global market leader in fleet management services, are seeking a dynamic and experienced Compliance Coordinator to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively monitor all compliance schedules for all vehicle types.
- Scheduling MOTs and services.
- Outbound chase all compliance bookings, liaising with vendors, drivers, and customers.
- Ensure all required job types are booked within the specified date or date range.
- Maintain accurate and timely data updates.
- Highlight any incorrect contact data to specified account contacts.
- Report any slippage to fleet and account contacts.
- Confirm booking dates to all parties involved.
- Act as a point of contact for other departments for any changes in bookings or information needed.
- Follow up on all bookings to ensure completion and compliance.
- Assist with gathering any necessary documents as proof of completion.
- Perform ad hoc tasks and other duties as required by the business.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience working with both HGV's and LCV's
- Proficient in PC, internet, and email usage.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to an intermediate level.
- Preferred: CPC or FTA training.
- Experience in O'licence requirements and fleet administration.
- Understanding of various inspection intervals and scheduling of events.
- Experience working in a transport team with exposure to planning and scheduling.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a service or contact center environment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage workload efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
