Form of workWe are currently looking for a Compliance Manager to work with a Local Authority to help ensure their portfolio of properties are compliant with relevant codes of practices.
Key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring council properties are compliant with codes of practices
- Managing the auditing process
- Managing a compliance strategy
- Identifying gaps in compliance and putting actions in place to fix this
- Managing staff within the compliance team
Key requirements for the role:
- Previous experience of managing a team
- Experience of managing compliance over multiple large sites
- Previous experience of managing relationships with stakeholders
This role is with a Local Authority in London but may also be of interest to candidates based in Kent.
