Compliance Manager

Here at Futures we are delighted to be working with a leading FMCG Food manfacturing business based in the surrounding areas of Glasgow.

The business is currently enjoying an impressive growth spout, and are ideally looking to appoint a Compliance Manager to support the Quality Function with Internal and 3rd party audits.

Reporting into the Head of Technical, a Compliance Manager will be responsible for supporting the Quality and Technical function with organising, conducting and managing internal and 3rd party audits with customers.

Responsibilities of a Compliance Manager:

• Respomsible for setting the technical standards and systems fo the company's products and processes.
• Responsible for daily running of compliance team.
• Ensuring that the company is always prepered for audits, and managing all customer audits.
• Managing internal compliance with all relevant systems and will manage the internal audits systems to satisfy customers and BRC requirements.

Successful Compliance Manager will have:

• Food Manufacturing Experience with Qualification in Food Science, Technology/Nutrition or relevant experience.
• Trained Auditor with an in-depth working knowledge of HACCP, BRC (V9) and internal auditing systems.
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Able to work at pace
