In this newly created role you will strategically develop and embed regulatory and compliance frameworks to ensure the continued ethical integrity of the business. Building effective relationships with regulatory bodies, such as NHS Digital and ISO, you will work with senior managers to create a positive culture of compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced compliance professional to shape our compliance strategy in a company who is leading digital transformation across the health and social care sector.
What you'll do:
- Manage compliance and regulatory processes across the entire business
- Assess knowledge of compliance requirements across the business and arrange relevant training
- Supporting with customer queries relating to data, GDPR, compliance and regulation
- Regularly review and develop the business compliance strategy in light of changes
- Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to standards
- Report to the Leadership Team on compliance
What you'll bring:
- Significant experience of risk, compliance and governance within the software industry, if you have experience of the Health and Social care sector this would be highly advantageous
- Proven experience of managing, developing and implementing compliance strategy
- Proven experience of implementing or working under ISO 27001
- Comprehensive vulnerability and security knowledge
- An excellent communicator and able to build great working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- A growth mindset with the ability to positively implement change processes
