SalaryOur client is a leading provider of government funded training courses who are looking to appoint a conscientious Compliance Officer to join their team. The idea candidate will have a background in funded education and adult learning so they can hit the ground running. Based in the Leeds office, you must be happy working on site and have excellent attention to detail.
Main responsibilities of the Compliance Officer
- Accurately input data on to the database, adhering to strict SLA’s
- Ensure all learners have the required compliance documentation recorded
- Prepare and validate learner files
- Conduct regular audits
- Adhere to Ofsted compliance checks
- Work within the agreed funding requirements
- Respond to queries and liaise with external compliance bodies when required
- Support students in maintaining accurate learning records
The ideal Compliance Officer will have:
- Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate information at an appropriate level.
- Ability to thrive when working both independently and as part of a team
- Able to effectively prioritise a busy workload
- Previous experience in adult education of funded learning
- Experience of Ofsted inspections
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
