Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of dedicated staff to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Customer Engagement: Foster positive relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Training and Development: Contribute to the professional growth of team members through effective training and ongoing development initiatives.
Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Manager to implement business strategies and achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a retail or customer service environment.
Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and management.
Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
