We are recruiting for a passionate and dedicated full-time qualified Nursery Deputy Manager for our brand-new nursery. At Darul Madinah, we believe that a happy child is a successful one. Nursery Deputy Manager - Key Responsibilities
• To deliver and ensure a high standard of learning, development and care for children aged 2-5 years. To understand planning and assessment in EYFS
• To support the manager to manage the day-to-day activities of the setting.
• To ensure that the nursery is a safe environment for children, staff, and visitors
• To develop partnerships with parents/carers to increase involvement in their child’s development.
• To manage other staff within the nursery.
• To be responsible for any tasks delegated by the Manager.
Nursery Deputy Manager - Qualifications & Experience Required
• You must hold a minimum Level 3 childcare qualification
• Have experience working with SEND pupils
• Have worked in the role for at least two years in a senior role
• Have a desire to work with an organisation that respects individuality and creativity
• Want to work for a developing childcare organisation with an independent and Islamic feel
• Excellent working knowledge and understanding of EYFS
• Have experience and passion for the Early Years
