Your new role
This is a home-based role, but travel to sites will be required. This position covers 7 schools across Birmingham.
- Review and coordinate feedback on the statutory and contractual compliance of subcontractors across the contract.
- Conduct on-site compliance reviews of subcontractors and provide exception reports.
- Highlight any problems promptly.
- Identify and report trends of non-compliance.
- Create performance reports for board meetings.
What you'll need to succeed
- We are looking for candidates with experience in a similar role.
- PFI experience is desirable.
