Description

• Provide support to the Business Services Department in maintaining compliance within the firm.
• Assist in the preparation and management of legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analyse legal and regulatory developments.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure company-wide understanding of compliance protocols.
• Dealing with data protection for the firm, such as data breaches and subject access requests.
• Assist in the development of corporate policies and procedures.
• Support the legal team in various projects and initiatives as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Profile

A successful Compliance Paralegal should have:
