Salary- Basic salary £35,500 per annum (+15% bonus)

What you'll be doing
- Monitoring calls and emails to ensure they follow data protection
- Grading calls to ensure they align with company compliance
- Analysing and reporting data trends
- Coaching and training the team where necessary
- Ensuring the team provide a positive process for customers
- Previous Quality Assurance experience within a contact centre or a customer service environment
Excellent communication skills
- Basic salary of £35,500
