Compliance Support Administrator

Location: Chesterfield, S40 2TZ
Salary: Competitive, DOE
Contract: Full Time OR Part Time, Temporary

Compliance Support Administrator - The Role:

This is a full-time temporary role (3-6 months) to support migration of supplier records to a new system.

Key Responsibilities;

Assist the Compliance Manager with delivery of a new supplier management system and revised process, as required, including:

• Migration of supplier records and addition of new records
• Supporting regional administrators
• Key documentation and training material
• Any other duties as reasonably require
• Ensuring professionalism, integrity, and quality is maintained throughout all activities
• Contribute to our uncompromising health & safety for all mission by ensuring company SHEQ, and all other procedures are followed
• Support & contribute to our sustainability and social value goals
• Assist with and promote our mission of providing a safe and caring workplace

Compliance Support Administrator - What we need from you:

• Working knowledge of IT systems / databases, incl Sharepoint and Smartsheet
• Keen attention to detail whilst prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines
• Reliable and organised, quick learner
• Problem solver with a can-do attitude
• Able to plan and manage own workload
• Collaborative approach to communication with Supply Chain & Colleagues
• Proven delivery in a systems-based environment, working with a range of stakeholders, drawing on various sources of information
• L3 literacy and numeracy / Business Administration, or equivalent professional qualifications (Achieved / working towards, or a desire to complete an apprenticeship)
• Project Management and delivery
• Quality systems / processes
• Conversant with modern office equipment and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
