Our client, a global market leader in fleet management services, are seeking a dynamic and experienced Compliance Team Leader to join their team. As the Compliance Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in managing a team of coordinators and document controllers. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the scheduling, booking, and compliance aspects of the vehicle fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities- Compliance Team Leader

• Manage and lead a team of coordinators and document controllers.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Develop and implement efficient scheduling processes for vehicle bookings.
• Coordinate with internal departments to optimise fleet utilisation and availability.
• Monitor and track vehicle maintenance schedules to ensure compliance.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance performance and productivity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure adherence to best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements- Compliance Team Leader

• Proven experience in fleet management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of compliance regulations and standards in the fleet industry.
• Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Certificate of Professional Competence ( CPC ) certification is a plus.
