The role of Compliance Team Leader:
- Managing the Compliance Team, including providing support, absence management, discipline and grievance, and recruitment activities.
- Effectively setting out goals and objectives for the team and conduct 121s to ensure targets and KPIs are met
- Leading and motivating the Compliance Team and ensure consultants meet their potential.
- Managing all process changes when new legislation comes into force in line with safeguarding and compliance changes.
- Managing the candidate onboarding audit process across the business to ensure high standards of compliance are met in line with our audit accreditation.
- Responsible for safeguarding incident management and ensuring any incidents occur are dealt with correctly whilst liaising with the appropriate 3rd party organisations.
- Be the first point of contact for any compliance queries from the business or external clients.• Responsible for the managing of the weekly candidate payroll function.
