Job Title: Compliance Trainer / Assessor (Trainee or Qualified)

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 (Depending on skills and experience)

Are you a Regulatory Compliance Expert with a passion for training and development? KM are delighted to be recruiting for a Trainee OR Qualified Apprenticeship Assessor opportunity, where you will have the opportunity to pass on your skills and experience to Apprentice learners who are working towards their Level 4 RCO qualifications.
Criteria to apply;
- Must hold own Level 4 qualification or above in any of the following: Law Enforcement; Compliance; Lead Auditor.
- Candidates must have experience of working within an accredited environment as either a Senior Investigator (local/central government) or as a Senior Compliance Officer/Senior Auditor.
- Ideally hold a recognised Teaching qualification at Level 3 (PTLLS/AET) OR Assessor Award (TAQA/CAVA/A1/D32/D33).
- Happy to work remotely / online and plan own diary.
- Happy to deliver and support learners with Maths, English and ICT to level 2
- Must be flexible to visit learners in the workplace if required.
Duties include:
- Deliver engaging training sessions and assess a caseload of remote learners working towards their Level 4 Regulatory Compliance Officer Apprenticeship qualification.
- Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely assessments and reviews are conducted.
- Support learners to achieve Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2.
- Deliver a blended learning approach with the majority of delivery taking place remotely together with face-to-face visits only as required
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
- Support, advise and motivate learners.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs
