The Candidate
· Experience of the Composite Door Industry and products/software (Business Micros) would be highly desirable but not essential as full training on the system will be provided.
· Strong communication skills are essential both written and verbal
· Self-Motivated able to work alone and within a team environment.
· Computer literate
· Team Player
You must be organized and dedicated to providing excellent customer service and can work to deadlines and prioritize tasks to respond to our customer’s needs.
The Role
- Processing Composite Doors and Side panels
- Daily ordering of doors and glass
- Processing of customer quotes
- Computer literate in Office system
- Keen eye for detail
- Well organised
- Excellent telephone manner to deal with internal and external customer queries
- Will also be required to help on the factory floor when busy with stock control, dispatch and loading/unloading of heavy goods
- Full training will be given in all aspects of the role
Hours
Monday -Friday 07:00 till 15:30
Salary to be discussed at interview.

Salary: £13,312.00-£23,795.20 per year
