Computer Science teaching role in Croydon, South London Start Date: ASAP or Easter half-term!Location: Southwark, South LondonContract Term: temporary ongoing Contract Type: Full Time Rate: £180 - £240 per day depending on experienceYour new companySecondary School based in Croydon, South London are looking for an experienced and qualified teacher of Computer Science who can deliver lessons from KS3 to KS4 and A-levels. You will have the opportunity to work with an already highly reputable school and join a performing and well-organised Computer Science department. This position is to start immediately or Easter half-term on a temporary full-time basis a ongoing till the end of the academic year with a potential extension for the right candidate.Your new roleStarting now or in Easter, you will be responsible for teaching Computer Science across KS3 to KS5. As this is a long-term assignment, you will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons, as well as completing the subsequent marking and assessment of pupils' work, ensuring all pupils are progressing well within the classroom.This role will also require you to ensure all behaviour is appropriate, and that pupils are achieving to the best of their ability. As this is a long-term position, you will also be required to attend occasional parents' evenings and contribute to other school functions.What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in securing this position, you must possess Qualified Teacher Status and ideally have experience of teaching Computer Sciences across KS3 to KS5.
