Concrete Cutting Trainee

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Concrete Labourer to join our team. As a Concrete Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to concrete construction projects. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work with power tools, perform heavy lifting, and assist experience operatives.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and setup of concrete forms
- Pour and spread concrete using hand tools or power equipment
- Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete
- Assist with the installation of rebar and wire mesh
- Operate power tools such as saws, drills, and grinders
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:
- No previous experience in concrete construction
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labour for extended periods
- Valid driver's license Desirable
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Kilnbridge will register you onto specialist training, upon successful completion of the training you will achieve an NVQ Level 2 Diploma in Concrete Cutting which will allow you to obtain a blue CSCS skills card.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From £15.00 per hour

• 10 hour shift
