The Conference & Banqueting Head Waiter role:
*To Manage the smooth running of the Dining and Events services following the company standards and procedures. Create and maintain a team environment and motivate and train the team to achieve the required standards and therefore, meeting and exceeding the guests' expectations.
*Lead and coach your team to provide outstanding service.
*Provide luxury food and beverage service to all guests.
What you need:
*Passion
*Ability to create a positive team environment
*Great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
*Organisation and time management skills
*Previous experience in a similar role in a 4/5 Star environment
*The ability to remain positive within challenging situations.
