Position: Construction Account Executive

Location: London / Hybrid

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 +benefits / bonus

Are you an experienced and driven Construction Account Executive looking for an exciting opportunity in the heart of Central and West London? The client is a leading Real Estate and Construction specialist brokerage, seeking a talented individual to take charge of an existing book of construction clients, deliver exceptional service, and drive growth. If you have a passion for the construction industry, expertise in large projects and JCT contracts, and a knack for building lasting client relationships, I want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Take ownership of an existing portfolio of clients, providing them with first-class service and proactive support.
• Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth within the client portfolio, with a focus on the London and South East regions, and develop strategies to expand your market presence nationally.
• Technical Expertise: Offer expert advice on complex construction projects and JCT contracts, ensuring clients have a deep understanding of their insurance and risk management needs.
• Market Relationships: Leverage your strong connections within the industry to source the best insurance solutions for clients and keep updated on market trends.

• Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts in the Real Estate and Construction sector.
• Strong relationships with key industry players and markets.
