SalaryInside Cleaning are expanding again. We proudly have 8 vehicles operating in the North East and need team members to join for our 9th. As we continue to grow, internal promotions are in reach.
We clean it, like we mean it. Tough days and heavy work but plenty of fun along the way. We will sort transport out to each job, and pay you whilst travelling. Our team focus on new build properties and the sales/welfare areas for the builders.
A bit about the job.
Early morning starts most days and must be available for 7am working. The role will be an average of 30 hours per week but this will flex with the demand of the new build completions or additional work. Flexibility is key as last minute work can be added.
Our main purpose is to deliver cleans to newly built properties. The cleaning tasks will involve cleaning windows, removing rubbish and rubble followed by cleaning the rooms for dust, paint speckles in all areas of the house. For the role you will need a good attention to detail and the ability to work at pace.
Working as part of a team, individuals will be assigned cleaning areas and a time frame to complete these tasks. Our team are responsible for being safe at all times and following all instructions when on shift. Our standards are high and we don’t want people to cut corners. Being a part of our team, you will be the face of our operation and all actions will decide our future reputation.
The ideal candidate will be willing to work hard in delivering our exceptional standards. Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential. Ladder experience is essential. Driving license is a plus.
