Role
You will be responsible for supervising and planning the Pre main works Foundations & Substructure construction, ensuring all works are planned and carried out safely and to the required standards. The Construction Manager supports and reports to the Senior Construction Manager and the Project Engineer in all the elements related to constructability
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supervise Construction work on site
- Enforce the instructed methods of construction as defined in the method statements
- Produce 1 week look ahead detailed programmes
Essential requirements:
- Multiple years of experience in similar role in construction works
- Construction Site Manager NVQ Level 4 (or similar)
