Job Title: Construction Manager

Role Overview: As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from inception to completion. Working closely with project teams, subcontractors, and clients, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Oversee site activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Review and approve project plans, specifications, and contracts, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company policies.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering construction projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques, with a focus on safety and quality.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, Procore, or Microsoft Project.
- Relevant certifications such as SMSTS and CSCS
