This leading construction company have recently won a number of high-profile requisitions across the Renewable Energy, Transport and Utilities space and are now looking to bolster their team across multiple disciplines to work on these brand-new projects!

One particular area of focus is in their procurement team which over the last few years has become truly best-in-class! With a very strategic way or working, excellent inter-business relationships and high quality senior professionals in the team; this is the perfect environment for someone looking to continue their development and take the next step in their procurement career.

They are now specifically looking to bring onboard Construction Procurement specialists with experience of managing NEC, JCT and/ or FIDIC contracts. These positions play a key role in the business, working directly with clients and strategically managing the way in which their Construction Procurement is done across these high value projects!

Construction Procurement Manager, required background:-

• End-to-end strategic procurement experience, ideally having managed Construction Procurement projects, sourcing CAPEX, OPEX and/or Facilities
• Experience managing NEC, JCT and/or FIDIC contracts is very beneficial
• Exposure to working under PCR (Public Contract Regulations) is beneficial but not essential as some of the new projects are in the public sector
• Open to industry background, however, any previous exposure to the Renewable Energy, Transport or Utilities industries is a bonus, as is any experience in the construction industry for any of the leading organisations in this space!
• Professional Qualification is beneficial (e.g. CIPS / Prince2) but not required
