Construction Programme Director Permanent, Full Time Competitive Salary and Benefits Location: South East & London (4 days on site(s), a day WFH) VINCI is recruiting for a Construction Programme Director to lead a high-volume programme of works dedicated to our defence contract in the South East. The Construction Programme Director will be required to lead a complex programme of works across a large regional area while managing a dedicated design and construction team. They will develop and maintain multi-layered client and customer relationships to ensure a strong working relationship for further strategic development. The programmes of works are in excess of £100m per annum. It is key for this role that you have a strong Construction background and are be used to managing a high-volume (300 plus projects) Construction Programme and meeting committed deadlines. Public sector / MOD or similar experience or background would be desirable. Key Requirements: • Proven experience of leading a £100m+ multi layered annual programme of works. • Strong people management skills and have experience of managing a remote workforce. • Excellent client and customer engagement experience. • Be used to operating at a senior level and leading meetings/contract negotiations. • A relevant qualification in Construction, HSE and/or similar. • Technical experience and skills across broad infrastructure remit. • Strong data driven programme management experience.
