Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Strategic Transformation Director to lead our global team in delivering a critical programme of work across the group. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale strategic Transformational Programmes that are complex and span multiple jurisdictions.
The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a proven track record of delivering high-performing solutions and driving continuous improvement with robust analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills, to be able to lead the execution of complex customer facing products and services. You'll be proficient with change and transformation methodologies and how to translate these into simplified practices.
Tasks
  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of a high-profile strategic transformation programme that aligns with IQ-EQ's long-term goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to define the strategic vision and ensure alignment across the organisation.
  • Manage a global team of project managers, analysts, and other professionals to drive project delivery and ensure successful roll-out of transformation initiatives; leading and motivating teams to effectively transform and embed cultural change.
  • Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks that could impact the project. This includes creating risk management plans and monitoring risk throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery.
  • Proactively anticipate potential refinements or problems that could arise during programme delivery and take necessary steps to address them in a timely manner. This includes conducting regular reviews, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions to ensure project success and mitigate potential delays or setbacks.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and agility within the team and across the organisation.
  • Develop and implement robust change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working.
  • Monitor and report on programme progress to senior leadership, making recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on strategic transformation initiatives, providing insights and recommendations based on industry best practices and emerging trends.
  • Make recommendations to influence decision-making in order to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realisation with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate cross collaboration across functions by establishing communication channels, fostering a culture of open dialogue, and organising cross-functional projects to encourage collaboration and knowledge-sharing between departments.

Qualifications
Required Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale strategic transformation initiatives in a global, matrixed organisation.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of how strategic change can drive business performance and growth.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • Highly proactive and results-oriented, with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
