At the heart of HMRCs digital first strategy, the Director of Digital Transformational Programmes will spearhead the shift towards digital, self serve channels. They will direct end to end Digital Transformation of services, provide excellent customer services and high levels of compliance whilst also driving productivity and efficiency to reduce operating costs.
