The Northern Ireland Civil Service is embarking on a major transformation of its Finance and HR functions and services - embracing innovative and emerging technology solutions to support the delivery of these key functions. Integr8 is an integral part of that journey and is a high profile, strategically important Programme which will make a positive impact on every civil servant. The Programme has entered the Core Design phase and will launch the procurement of modern technological solutions to enable the transformation to take place. We are seeking to recruit highly motivated and ambitious individuals to deliver this challenging programme of work to achieve the Programme vision of: Enabling transformation through the delivery of modern, flexible and customer focused Finance and HR services Taking up a role within the Programme, will offer you the opportunity to shape the design and implementation of the future HR and Finance services for the next generation of civil servants. The Programme will provide opportunities for you to work collaboratively with both a diverse internal team and with staff, at all levels, from across the Civil Service. As Business Change Director you will have a strategic leadership role within the Integr8 Programme, reporting to and working closely with the Programme Director and the Senior Responsible Owner (SRO). You will lead on the Change Management workstream and work closely with the Business Transformation Partner (BTP) and Integr8 workstreams to develop change management strategies and plans. These will align with the overall Programme plan and the various phases of the Programme from procurement through to design, implementation and post go-live of the integrated solution..
