An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Construction Project Manager to join a market leading, Global Construction Consultancy in Sheffield.

The Construction Project Manager Role

The incoming Project Manager will join a dynamic team of 15 Project Managers, working on a broad range of projects within the Property Market, the firms strongest sectors include Residential, Education, Healthcare, Industrial and Logistics.

The firm is actively diversifying into new markets including Infrastructure, Commercial, and Retail, offering ample opportunities for exciting new projects and professional growth.

The successful Project Manager will benefit from a highly flexible working environment, typically joining the team in the office two days a week (or more if desired). You will take the lead on multiple interesting projects, running them to completion and ensuring they meet the highest standards.

Long-term, this role offers ample opportunities for career progression, with a clear path to an Associate position. You will also have the chance to mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and expanding the team's project portfolios to align with your interests.

The Construction Project Manager

The incoming Construction Project Manager will have:

• Previous Project Management experience in the Construction industry
• Previous Project Management experience within a UK Consultancy firm
• A RICS Accredited degree qualification is highly desirable
• Accredited by RICS, APM or CIOB - or committed to achieving
• A successful track record managing projects from inception to completion through all RIBA stages
