Modular Construction - Project Manager

A freelance opportunity is available for a Project Manager to deliver a newbuild modular healthcare project based in the Warwick area, for the term of the project which is approx. a 30 week programme,

The project is turnkey, where it will include all construction phases of the build, both pre and post modular unit installation, therefore the wish list would entail that the Projects Manager will have a proven track in new build construction, modular project experience and exposure to healthcare projects would be preferred, but not necessarily a deal breaker.

The role will require you to function as the lead on the project, managing day to day project delivery with the support of a no.2, where you will operate in a hands-on capacity providing key interface with the client and the project teams and associated stakeholders as required.

Therefore, to be considered for this post you will fit the following criteria;

• Have a proven track record operating within a similar construction project management role as site lead.
• Experience of modular project delivery.
• Hold valid site certification, SMSTS, first aid, CSCS and asbestos awareness.
• Have a strong Health and Safety ethos.
• Good IT skill base.
• Positive can-do attitude, ability to operate autonomously.
• Available for start in early July 2024.
