Job Description
- Overseeing NPDI project management, focusing on recovery and delivering customer orders within budget and specifications.
- Managing and prioritizing internal resources, ensuring quality-focused, right-first-time outcomes and effective lesson sharing.
- Leading a team of 8, including 3 project leads, to achieve 100% on-time delivery and strong NPDI project execution.
- Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers, managing resources and ensuring raw material availability.
- Joining customer calls and manage internal stakeholders to meet committed timescales, emphasizing right-first-time outcomes.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Strong resource management experience.
- Good knowledge of manufacturing techniques and materials including pressing, 5 axis laser welding, and sheet metal.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
