The Role: Senior Project Manager
The successful Senior Project Manager will be an integral part of our dynamic team, overseeing a flagship Super Prime Residential project from inception to completion. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in the high-end residential sector, who is adept at navigating the complexities of luxury builds and is committed to upholding the highest standards of craftsmanship and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-specification, £10 Million+ Super Prime Residential project in Central London.
- Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, consultants, and subcontractors, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Uphold our commitment to excellence, ensuring all aspects of the project exceed industry standards and client expectations.
- Innovate and problem-solve, ensuring any challenges are addressed swiftly and effectively.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Extensive experience as a Project Manager within the Super Prime Residential sector, with a portfolio of projects from inception to completion.
- A strong background in managing high-specification residential projects valued at £10 Million or above.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage and motivate teams towards achieving excellence.
- Experience with natural stone and high-end finishes would be highly regarded, though not essential.
- Relevant construction management qualifications and certifications (e.g., CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid).
