🔨 Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with day-to-day coordination of Construction Projects, ensuring smooth operations 📋
Collaborating with the project management team to develop and maintain project schedules 🗓️
Tracking project costs, budgets, and making recommendations for cost-saving measures 💰
Coordinating with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment 📦
Maintaining accurate project documentation and records, including invoices and contracts 📄
Conducting research, preparing reports, and creating presentations to support project decision-making 📊
Providing administrative support to the project team, including arranging meetings and scheduling appointments 📅
Assisting with site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations 🏢

💪 Qualifications and Skills:

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise competing deadlines ⌛
Excellent attention to detail, ensuring meticulous accuracy in all tasks ✅
Proficient in using project management software and MS Office suite 🖥️
Knowledge of construction processes and industry terminology 🏗️
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders 🤝
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 📝
Previous experience in a Project Support or similar role is desirable 🌟
