Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Recruiter to join our team in Reading. Ideally this person will have at least 2 years’ experience within construction recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent within the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute recruitment strategies for various construction roles

- Utilize various recruitment methods to attract and source candidates

- Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications

- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and clients

- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress

- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Construction Recruiter or similar role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong knowledge of construction industry and recruitment practices

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment software

Salary:

£35k plus car allowance and bonus.

4k Threshold

4K - 15K = 20%

15K + = 22.5%
