Our client an expanding group within the Construction industry are seeking a Construction Lead Service Desk Coordinator to join the team.
They are seeking a dynamic and highly organized professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service in the UK Construction Industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients mostly in the Construction Industry and the Service Desk team.
- Ensure a swift and effective response to inquiries and service requests.
- Maintain meticulous records of Service Desk activities and resolutions.
- Lead Technical Support Coordination:
- Provide essential administrative leadership to the technical team.
- Coordinate and optimize resources for client projects, ensuring flawless execution.
- Lead Service and Maintenance Contract Management:
- Take the lead in creating and managing service and maintenance contracts.
- Proactively monitor contract renewals and identify opportunities for upselling to enhance client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Construction, Business Administration, Service Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a lead role within Service Desk coordination, ideally in the UK construction industry.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
