Client
Our client, have a good reputation in the public and private sector, are looking to recruit a Site Manager for 5 months, for a student accomodation scheme in Bath.
You will be monitoring and completing final fix items internally (snagging)
Ensuring that the project runs to speed and programme and that Health & Safety is always adhered to.
You will also attend meetings with contractors and report progress back to senior management.
Our client have a solid pipeline of work in the region and this position could potentially result in more work on other projects in the region.
Immediate start for the selected candidate, it is essential that you have Commercial Fit Out experience and up to date CSCS and SMSTS.
