Job Description
We are seeking to recruit a proactive and ambitious Consultant to provide fire consultancy services to a range of clients in the NW (Manchester/Liverpool area),and the NE (Newcastle area). The successful candidate will have detailed and practical experience on the delivery of Fire Risk management services across a range of commercial, public and infrastructure clients. Tier 2-3 QUAL
They will be responsible for managing their own daily activities and workload with deliverables and timescales agreed with their line manager. The successful candidate will have an excellent understanding on a range of services including:
- Providing our wide range of clients with fire consultancy services
- Wide range of different projects across many sectors.
- Excellent understanding of UK fire safety legislation and standards
- Fire strategies and design reviews.
- Develop retrospective fire safety strategies
- Fire technical and management advice and services to clients.
- Fire risk assessments and evacuation procedures.
- Excellent client liaison and communication skills
- Commission Management and financial control.
- Excellent IT Proficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in practical Fire Risk management services.
- Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant H&S / design / engineering / property related discipline
- CFPA European Diploma in Fire Prevention (or equivalent).
- Registered with a relevant UKAS accredited organization or professional body
