You will be responsible for carrying out various tasks and duties to support the overall efficiency and productivity of their operations.
Responsibilities
- Diary Management
- Arranging hotel and accommodation bookings.
- Raising PO’S for haulage.
- Respond to incoming emails and queries.
- Telephone duties.
- General Administration.
Skills
- Ability to use MS office suite.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Professional mannerisms on the phone.
- General admin experience.
