As a Risk Transfer Consultant, you'll be supporting on of a wide array of settlement transactions, encompassing buy-ins, buy-outs, wind-ups, longevity swaps, and consolidation/capital solutions.
In this role, you'll provide vital support to transaction advisers in the dynamic pension Risk Transfer market, covering a spectrum of transactions such as buy-ins, buy-outs, wind-ups, longevity swaps, and consolidation solutions.
Your responsibilities will extend to ensuring the smooth execution of transactions, building relationships with stakeholders, and offering strategic guidance to clients on their path to settlement success.
You’ll also be involved in coaching, mentoring, and offering valuable support to both direct and indirect reports, fostering a collaborative and growth-focused environment.

- CFA/FIA qualified is preferred, however this is not essential.
- Experience working/delivering on settlement transactions.
- Strong technical knowledge of buy-ins, buy-outs, wind-ups, longevity swaps and/or capital solutions.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Full right to work within the U.K. with a minimum of 1 year operating within the U.K. pensions market.
