2. KEY ACCOUNTABILITY

Overview

As a Consumer Engagement and Operations Analyst at CJ Foods Sales UK, you will lead initiatives to establish direct connections between consumers and CJ’s brand ‘bibigo’.

Your role will focus on designing and executing strategies (e.g. pop-ups, food booths, food fairs) that bring our brand to consumers with the aim of building brand awareness and increasing product trial.

1. Consumer Engagement Strategy Development

-Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to build consumer
touchpoints to raise brand awareness and increase product trial.

-Identify target demographics, consumer behaviors, and preferences
to tailor tactics (menu, concept etc.) effectively.

2. Strategy Execution

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including culinary chefs, marketing,
designers to create menus and concepts aligned with market & consumer trends.

-Set-up operation manuals based on internal and external regulations. In particular, create manuals about food hygiene and guide partners (e.g. pop-ups, booths) to ensure compliance.

3. Business Analysis and Reporting

-Set up, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators
to track and evaluate the effectiveness of field marketing initiatives.

-Generate regular reports on campaign performance, consumer feedbacks,
and ROI to drive informed decision-making.

Your Skills and Qualifications :

3 to 5 years of experience in field marketing within the food industry (packaged food, QSR, hospitality) with understanding of store operation and food hygiene regulations -Strong project management skills with the ability to work collaboratively in

fast-paced environment.

Experience in opening a restaurant or as a store manager for a restaurant is a plus
A great passion for foods(especially Asian Cuisine) or the FMCG industry
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Ideally, good knowledge of the business areas of retail
Good teamwork with curiosity, willingness to learn, and good communication skills
Ability to work in fast-moving internal and external environment
Fluent in English
High level of ability to use MS Excel, PowerPoint

3. SALARY & BENEFITS

Annual Salary : Above 35K
VISA : Work Visa Holders of a visa that allows them to work legally in the UK
Address : Hammersmith, London (W6)
Recruitment : Full-time
Working hours : 8 hours/ 5 days (7 hours on Fridays)
Schedule : Monday to Friday
Holiday : 28 days including bank holidays
Insurance : Provision of health insurance in accordance with local labor laws
