As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our clients valued customers. Your exceptional customer service and communication skills will shine as you handle inbound calls regarding service bookings, as well as make outbound calls to existing customers. Your goal? Identifying and responding to their needs while providing an unforgettable experience!
Upsell and Enhance:
Not only will you ensure customer satisfaction, but you'll also have the opportunity to upsell our client’s exceptional products and services. Through professional sales techniques, you'll maximise revenue and offer customers additional value. You'll also assist with bookings, covering inbound calls when the team is busy, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service with a focus on satisfaction
- Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrating a professional and confident telephone manner
