We’re excited to offer 5 Contact Centre Advisor Apprenticeships to join our vibrant Contact Centre in Ealing on a full time and permanent basis. This is a hybrid role working between the Ealing office and home.
Some of the things you will learn in this role are:
- Using different methods of communication and how to provide a high standard of service.
- Dealing with routine enquiries from residents.
- Maintaining relevant files, IT records and other systems to ensure that information is up to date and can be accessed and understood readily by others.

Its a great opportunity to gain some customer service experience while learning on the job, all you need is the desire to learn! You'll be supported every step of your journey with us as we work together to help you grow and develop. Full training will be provided.
As part of this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to broaden your skills and enhance your professional development by undertaking a level 3 qualification in Customer Service, supported by us, if you do not already hold a level 3 qualification or above in Customer service. By pursuing a level 3 qualification, you will gain a deeper understanding of customer service, best practices, empowering you to deliver a high standard of service.
