Being the first point of contact for customers, some of your duties will consist of:
- Receiving inbound calls from customers, providing the appropriate guidance and advice needed in regard to their private Healthcare, being resilient and overcoming any objections
- Assist customers with the claims process for private healthcare
- Answer any questions or queries which customers may wish to discuss, sometimes in difficult and sensitive situations
- Deliver an excellent customer experience to members through the mediums of telephone, e-mail and web, resolving queries by providing guidance and advice about services, payments and ongoing claims
- Build rapport and relationships with customers, in a positive, understanding and caring way
- Basic data input and administration duties when necessary
This will be working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break and two 10-minute paid scheduled breaks, earning a salary of £23,000. We would also consider candidates on a part-time basis working a minimum of 3 full days a week.
Upon starting, you will receive an excellent 4-week training package, followed by 2 weeks live working with coaching support to ensure you are comfortable and competent in the role. This first 6 weeks will be working be 9am-5pm, which you must be available for the whole duration with no holidays taken.
