Hays Business Support is currently working with a friendly business based in York. This organisation is currently recruiting for multiple people to join their growing claims department.
You will be working for a not-for-profit organisation with an excellent reputation within the market as being a great place to work.
Within your role, you will assist with customer queries relating to healthcare claims, payments and other services. You will take inbound calls and respond to emails and web chat, ensuring that customers have an excellent customer experience.
This role is due to start on the 12th February. You will be provided with 6 weeks of training which you must be available for with no holiday booked during this time.
The company can accommodate part-time and full-time hours. The part-time hours must be for a minimum of 3 days per week, and you will need to complete the 6 weeks of full-time training.
