Job role: Contact Centre Manager
Salary: 37,500 plus bonus
Position: Permanent
Location: Derby - Office Based
Hours: Full Time - Shift work which includes days, evenings and working 2 out of 4 weekends
Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a leading Healthcare company who are looking for a Contact Centre Manager to join their ever-growing team. The successful Contact Centre Manager will motivate, guide, and drive the team in delivering excellence.
What will the role involve?
Lead and direct performance management processes to establish and maintain excellent performance.
Support the development of strategic projects, providing input and implementing necessary changes to support company growth.
Collaborate with responsible leads to develop and direct proactive service planning, including the formulation of local Disaster Recovery and Business Contingency Plans
Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of workforce plans for the company, ensuring sufficient resources.
Maintain strict confidentiality in relation to all service issues and adhere to company policies.
Manage relationships with the resource planning team to ensure appropriate staffing levels to accommodate demand.
Attend training and meetings as required by senior management.
Collaborate with the Senior Operational Performance Manager to build a dynamic, motivated, well-trained, and skilled team.
Adhere to all procedures, protocols, and policies, including Health and Safety, FOI, Information Governance, and GDPR.
Who are we looking for?
Previous experience in working in a Contact Centre environment is essential.
Ability to manage change at senior level.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team orientated environment.
Effective time management - strong organisational skills.
Proficient IT user
Ability to use initiative and problem solving skills
