Job role: Contact Centre Manager
Salary: £37,500 plus bonus
Position: Permanent
Location: Derby - Office Based
Hours: Full Time - Shift work which includes days, evenings and working 2 out of 4 weekends
Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a leading Healthcare company who are looking for a Contact Centre Manager to join their ever-growing team. The successful Contact Centre Manager will motivate, guide, and drive the team in delivering excellence.
What will the role involve?
* Lead and direct performance management processes to establish and maintain excellent performance.
* Support the development of strategic projects, providing input and implementing necessary changes to support company growth.
* Collaborate with responsible leads to develop and direct proactive service planning, including the formulation of local Disaster Recovery and Business Contingency Plans
* Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of workforce plans for the company, ensuring sufficient resources.
* Maintain strict confidentiality in relation to all service issues and adhere to company policies.
* Manage relationships with the resource planning team to ensure appropriate staffing levels to accommodate demand.
* Attend training and meetings as required by senior management.
* Collaborate with the Senior Operational Performance Manager to build a dynamic, motivated, well-trained, and skilled team.
* Adhere to all procedures, protocols, and policies, including Health and Safety, FOI, Information Governance, and GDPR.

* Previous experience in working in a Contact Centre environment is essential.
* Ability to manage change at senior level.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team orientated environment.
* Effective time management - strong organisational skills.
* Proficient IT user
* Ability to use initiative and problem solving skills
