Head Of Collections/Contact Centre Manager

Are you ready to lead and inspire a dynamic Collections Team? Adecco Recruitment is seeking an experienced and motivated Head of Collections to join our client's call centre in Harlow. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about optimising service standards, this role is for you!

Salary: £40,000 plus bonus

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Shifts: Between 8am-8pm, Monday to Saturday

Location: Harlow

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing collections call center


• Ensure consistent treatment of customers and uphold excellent service standards


• Shape training programs and competency frameworks for team members


• Implement process improvements and ensure regulatory compliance


• Manage telephony systems and technology effectively

Requirements:

• Previous experience in call center or contact center environments


• Exceptional telephone manner and organisational skills


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications


• Strong leadership and people management skills


• Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and tactfully
