Description

As a Contact Centre Sales Advisor you will be dealing with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls speaking to potential new members regarding the insurance services that could be available for them.

Please note this isn't a hard sell there will be no cold calling involved and you will be speaking to customers that have enquired and following up on any leads coming into the business.

Previous customer service or sales experience this could be from a range of backgrounds

Excellent telephone manner
