We are looking for 3 Customer Service Advisors to join a friendly Contact Centre Team in York. You will be responsible for speaking to potential and existing members, explaining the benefits of their products, and encouraging them to join or retain their membership. You will not be making any cold calls, only quality calls that focus on doing the right thing for the customers. You will take inbound calls and make outbound calls (no cold calls).
You don't need any previous experience, just a good attitude and a willingness to learn. You will be provided with 3 weeks of full-time training starting on 11th March 2024, where you will learn everything you need to know about the business and how to thrive within your role. You must be available for the whole training period.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will receive a basic salary of £23,000 and quarterly bonuses that can boost your earnings to £25,000 OTE if you meet your realistic and achievable targets. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, such as hybrid working (2 days at home after probation), no weekends or bank holidays, and 37.5 hours per week.
The company offer an excellent holiday allowance of 35 days per annum, including bank holidays, pension with up to 10% company contribution.
