Contact Management Supervisor

Can you manage Operational policing incidents to ensure that adequate resources are deployed & provide an excellent customer focused service?

We are now recruiting for 1 full time and 2 part time positions as a Contact Management Supervisor. 

You will work as part of the Senior Management team in Contact Management to supervise a team of Operators to ensure an effective and efficient operational service delivery is provided to the public of Derbyshire and police colleagues. 

You will also develop a high performing team of Operators ensuring service levels agreements are achieved.

Salary: circa £39,000 pro rata including allowances and enhancements.

(This is made up of a basic salary of £29,085 and shift and weekend allowances ranging from 14% to 20%, depending on the shifts worked)
